Four years ago, our friends at Aquila Cellars called with a proposition: peaches from Colorado’s North Fork Valley, some of the finest fruit the Western Slope has to offer. Head Distiller Rob Masters had been waiting 18 years for this moment.

What arrived was a wild fermentation that defied every rule. By the time it reached our German brandy still in Denver, it looked like it shouldn’t work. We distilled it anyway.

What emerged was extraordinary—so good that we sourced toasted French Limousin oak barrels and let it rest for four seasons. The result balances vibrant peach character with subtle oak complexity.

From orchard to still to barrel, this collaboration captures Colorado fruit at its finest.
